Personal Data Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice has been prepared by Zoiverse / Dicescore ("Company") in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

2. Personal Data Processed
The following personal data are processed in the context of the prize delivery process:
- Identity data: first and last name, Turkish national ID number (only when required for shipping/invoicing)
- Contact data: email address, phone number, full address, city, district, postal code
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information (user agent), consent date and time
- Customer transaction data: prize won, delivery status
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Delivery of the prize you have won (shipping, invoicing)
- Communication with you throughout the delivery process
- Fulfilment of legal obligations in case of disputes
- Retention of consent records (audit trail) as required by KVKK
- Notifications to relevant public authorities as required by law
4. Legal Basis
Your data are processed under Article 5 of KVKK based on the following legal bases:
- Your explicit consent (Art. 5/1)
- Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c)
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- Legitimate interests of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f)
5. Transfer of Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties solely for the purpose of delivering the prize:
- Shipping / logistics companies: contact and address details required for delivery
- Authorised public bodies when required by law
- Infrastructure service providers (under KVKK-compliant agreements)
Your data are not transferred outside Turkey.
6. Retention Period
Your data are retained, after the prize delivery process is completed, for the legal retention periods set forth in the relevant legislation (5 years under tax law, 10 years for commercial books and records); afterwards they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data are being processed
- To request information regarding the processing
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in line with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom they are transferred domestically
- To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- To request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK
- To object to outcomes that arise from automated processing
- To request compensation in case of damages caused by unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
You can submit your KVKK applications, together with documents identifying you, to kvkk@dicescore.com. We will respond to your application within 30 days.
