These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "You") and ZOIHUB LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing your use of the Dicescore mobile and web-based gaming application ("Application" or "Game").
By accessing, downloading, installing, or participating in the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Game immediately.
1. Nature of the Game
Dicescore is a dice merge puzzle game designed for entertainment purposes. Gameplay involves combining dice, strategic placement, and score optimization mechanics.
Game progression and results are based on player decisions, in-game mechanics, and predefined system rules.
No element of the game involves real-money gambling or betting.
2. In-Game Purchases & Payments
Paid Features: Certain features within Dicescore may be offered as optional in-app purchases. These purchases may include cosmetic items, gameplay enhancements, or other digital content.
No Guaranteed Outcomes: Purchasing any in-game item does not guarantee specific scores, results, or advantages beyond the intended game mechanics.
Fair Play: All players are expected to play honestly. Any attempt to exploit bugs, manipulate the system, or use unauthorized third-party tools is strictly prohibited.
Cheating or Misconduct: ZOIHUB LLC reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to users who violate fair play principles.
3. License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the Game or any of its content;
- Reverse-engineer or extract the source code;
- Use bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software;

The Company is not responsible for:

- Unauthorized access to your account by third parties.
6. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOIHUB LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, progress, or digital content.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
