Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the prize delivery process between Zoiverse / Dicescore ("Company", "we") and the user who fills out the prize delivery form ("User", "you").
1. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the delivery of the physical prize won as a result of gameplay activity in the Dicescore mobile game.
2. Conditions of Prize Delivery
- The form fields must be filled out accurately and completely so that the prize can be delivered.
- The Company shall not be held liable if delivery fails due to incorrect, misleading or incomplete information.
- Delivery is made within five (5) business days from the submission of the form. Force majeure events and shipping carrier durations are not included in this period.
- The prize is sent via a courier service to the address given on the form; tracking information is delivered by email or SMS.
- If the address cannot be located or the recipient is absent, a second delivery attempt will be made; if this also fails, the right to the prize lapses.
3. Non-Transferability of the Prize
Prizes won cannot be transferred to third parties, exchanged for cash, or replaced with an equivalent alternative.
4. Age and Capacity
The form may only be filled out by users who have completed the age of 18 or who are below 18 with the consent of their legal representative. The accuracy of statements regarding age and capacity is the User's responsibility.
5. Tax and Legal Obligations
If the nature of the prize triggers tax obligations such as withholding or income tax, the Company will fulfil these obligations under the applicable legislation. The Turkish national ID number may be requested from the User where necessary.
6. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data submitted via the form are processed under KVKK and the Privacy Notice. By submitting the form, the User declares that they have read and accept these documents.
7. Breach of the Agreement
The following constitute breaches of the Agreement and may result in cancellation of the prize:
- Winning the prize through fraud, fake accounts, automated bots or other unlawful methods
- Form information that is incorrect or belongs to another person
- Multiple submissions by the same user with overlapping addresses
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for losses, damages or delays during the shipping process that are beyond its control. In such cases, the necessary follow-up will be made with the courier company.
9. Changes
The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page; the version applicable to a delivery is the one in force on the date the form was submitted.
10. Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes arising from this Agreement. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
